01Overview

Welcome to SUPERACE88. These SUPERACE88 terms and conditions — which we simply call the Terms — form a legally binding agreement between you, the Player, and SUPERACE88, also referred to as the Platform, we, us, or our. They cover your access to and use of the SUPERACE88 website, the mobile app, and every game and service available through the platform.

When you create a SUPERACE88 account, make a deposit, or play any game on the platform, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If there is anything here you are not comfortable with, please do not use the SUPERACE88 platform.

SUPERACE88 is an online gaming platform built for players in the Philippines. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You can enjoy the platform on any web browser or through the dedicated SUPERACE88 mobile app, which works on both iOS and Android devices.

02Eligibility Requirements

Before you can register and start using the SUPERACE88 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be living in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You cannot be a current employee, contractor, or an immediate family member of a SUPERACE88 employee.
• You must not have been previously suspended or banned from the SUPERACE88 platform.
• You must be registering for yourself, not on behalf of any third party.

At any stage of your membership, SUPERACE88 may ask you to confirm your age and identity. If it turns out that you are below the minimum legal gaming age (21+ in the Philippines), we will close your account right away and refund any deposits you have made. Any prizes or winnings you may have earned up to that point will be waived.

03Registering Your Account

To enjoy everything SUPERACE88 has to offer, you’ll need to set up your own player account. It won’t cost anything to register, and the whole process usually takes less than two minutes. When you sign up, you promise to give correct, complete, and current details such as your full legal name, birth date, and an active mobile number. You must also be at least 21 years old (or of legal gaming age in your country) to open an account.

Only one account per player is allowed on SUPERACE88. Opening more than one account—even if you use a different name or a different device—is not allowed. If we find any duplicate accounts, we may suspend them all and keep any remaining balance.

• You are in charge of keeping your username and password safe. Never share these login details with anyone.
• If you think someone else has logged into your account without permission, contact SUPERACE88 support right away.
• SUPERACE88 will never request your password through email, live chat, or a phone call.
• Everything that happens using your account is your responsibility.

Before we process a withdrawal, or any time while you are using the platform, SUPERACE88 might ask you to verify your identity (KYC). You can submit a government-issued ID, your passport, or a driver’s licence. If you don’t complete the verification when asked, your withdrawal could be delayed or your account may be suspended.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Basics

At SUPERACE88, every deposit and withdrawal is handled in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We currently support GCash, GrabPay, and local bank transfers for both top-ups and cash-outs. International payment channels and crypto payments are not available right now.

Deposit Process

• SUPERACE88 does not charge any fees for deposits, but your e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.
• Please deposit only your own funds. Deposits made on behalf of someone else are not allowed.

• Withdrawals are sent back to the same e-wallet you used for your latest deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 5 to 15 minutes, though delays may occur during peak times.
• You need to complete identity verification before we can process your first withdrawal.
• SUPERACE88 may ask for additional documentation when you withdraw larger amounts.

05Promotions and Bonuses

SUPERACE88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. In addition to these general bonus terms, each promotion carries its own specific conditions.

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before you can withdraw any winnings tied to it.
• The specific wagering requirement is listed clearly on each promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, the standard turnover is 20 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses only stay valid for a set period, so be sure to use them before the clock runs out. Any bonus amount you haven't touched by the expiry date will simply vanish from your account.
• Unless a specific promotion clearly says it can be combined, only one bonus can run at a time on your SUPERACE88 account.
• SUPERACE88 keeps the right to tweak, suspend, or completely remove any promotion at any moment, and we don't have to give you a heads-up first.
• Bonuses are meant for your personal entertainment only, so please use them responsibly. Try to twist the bonus rules to your advantage, and your account will be suspended.

06Gameplay Terms

Every game on SUPERACE88 comes with its own rules, which you can find right in the game interface. Those specific rules always take priority, but the general terms below apply to every title across the site.

• SUPERACE88 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes wherever it applies. Once the platform confirms a result, that result is considered final.
• If a technical glitch messes up a round, SUPERACE88 will try to sort it out fairly. When the round can't be completed at all, your original stake will be returned to your account.
• Before placing any bet, make sure your internet connection is solid. SUPERACE88 won't be responsible for any losses caused by connection problems on your side.
• Each game on the platform carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, and these are always shown within the game screen for you to check.
• SUPERACE88 may declare any bet null and void if it was placed by mistake or because of a system glitch.

07Prohibited Conduct

The actions listed below are strictly not allowed on the SUPERACE88 platform. If you engage in any of these activities, your account may be suspended right away, any remaining funds may be forfeited, and we may also report the matter to the proper authorities. These user policies apply to all players, whether the prohibited act involves games, deposits, withdrawals, or any other transaction check on the site.

• Opening or holding more than one SUPERACE88 account.
• Supplying incorrect or misleading details during sign-up or the identity verification process.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other kind of tool to access or interact with the platform.
• Trying to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise meddle with the SUPERACE88 platform, its games, or its systems.
• Teaming up with other players or conspiring together to gain an unfair advantage over the platform.

• Allowing another person to use your account, or logging in to someone else's account to play.
• Taking advantage of software bugs, glitches, or system errors for personal gain. If you discover any bug or error, you must report it to support right away instead of using it for your own benefit.

08Account Suspension and Closure

SUPERACE88 has the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account as it sees fit, with or without advance notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Not completing identity verification when the platform asks for it.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other players.
• Filing a chargeback or disputing a transaction that was initiated on your account.
• When the player themselves requests it, such as voluntary self-exclusion or a personal decision to close the account.

Should your account be closed because you went against these platform terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. For closures made for any other reason, your real money balance will be returned to the mobile wallet you registered with, as long as you have completed all pending verification requirements.

• Money lost because of unstable internet connections, problems with your device, or unexpected power interruptions on your end.
• Losses that happen when a player fails to go over the game rules, bonus conditions, or other relevant guidelines before participating.
• Hold-ups in payout processing that are caused by third-party mobile wallet services like GCash, PayMaya, or GrabPay, which have their own processing times and system status.
• Short periods when the platform is offline due to planned maintenance, system updates, or unexpected technical glitches that are beyond our control.

In any case, the total liability of SUPERACE88 to a player for any claim related to platform use will not exceed the amount that player has deposited in the 30 days before the event that led to the claim.

12Changes to These Terms

SUPERACE88 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or platform improvements. Whenever we make changes, the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this page will be adjusted to show the new effective date.

For major changes, we will send a notice to registered players through the email address linked to their account or via an in-platform alert at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect.
